While the inner “voice” attempting to control what she ate and how much she exercised never fully dissipated, Morgan has learned a great deal of tools to quiet it. My approach to recovery is on a continuum- applying Behavior Analytic principles to promote positive changes while giving yourself grace to have missteps and lapses.
